BALL HAT DUCK SURPRISE

TEAM GAMES
For this exercise, you will need a large inflatable beach ball, one or two hats a smaller softball and a surprise item of whatever is available for example doll ,action man, frozen peas, jumper.
Begin slowly, with the team members standing in a circle. The team now has to keep the beach ball in the air for a set number of times saying 100 bounces. The team can only use fingertips and should the ball make contact with the ground. The counter restarts again from Zero. Get the team to count as they tap.

Then start to introduce add-ons, keeping in mind that the players should still be tapping the beach ball into the air and counting.

Now give the group, the smaller softball, this ball is to be thrown gently to other team members. But that team member's name must be called out first before the softball is thrown. Keep counting the beach ball tally.

The team should now be tapping the beach ball into the air and throwing the softball to each other in the circle.

Now introduced, the next phase, a hat should be placed on one player, and the hat rotated clockwise. When that player has either tapped the beach ball, or thrown be softball. Shouting the beach ball tally, calling out a name for the soft ball, and shouting “hat left or right”.

The noise level will increase tenfold with people shouting out people's name at softball each more.

Don't just stick with one hat, or one beach ball or one softball. If the teams are coping, let them have another one.

Another add-on is when a person has tapped the beach ball they must now place their hands on their heads and shout duck, they will now not be available to catch the softball or wear the hat for five seconds.

The last add-on is a surprise item of whatever is available, or appropriate to the occasion. It could even be a pass the parcel item, which has to be unwrapped between tapping throwing putting a hat on, and ducking the.

This game can be extremely loud good fun and teams of all ages can enjoy.
