Fun Games Quiet Games BUNNY EARS
Fun games are an important part of any party games list, but so are quiet games. Children need time to recharge their batteries and calm down, and the best way to achieve this is by not letting them know.
BUNNY EARS All players sit in a circle. Player 1 is now ‘BIG BUNNY’ and must place his thumbs on his temples, like big ears and wave his fingers about. The players next to 'BIG BUNNY' are allowed to have 1 bunny ear each. This is the hand nearest to ‘BIG BUNNY’. These 2 players are now ‘LITTLE BUNNIES’.
The object of the game is for ‘BIG BUNNY’ to pass over his title to another player.
To do this he must point both wavy hands at someone, without taking his hands from his head. Then the players either side of ‘BIG BUNNY’ must remember what to do with their hands. Either put left or right hand up or down.
‘BIG BUNNY’ will try and trick players, by pointing only 1 hand. By pointing both hands, but with thumbs removed from the temple. Players are out if they fall prey to bad bunny waves, including the little bunnies. So watch out!
Fun GAMES HINT. Make up your own bad bunny tricks, for example, if 'BIG BUNNY' waves and points his ears at you, but winks at the same time, you are to become 'BIG BUNNY' for 1 second only and pass it back. If 'LITTLE BUNNIES' are not paying attention, chances are they will be out and confused.
HINT 2. Play this game around the table at school lunchtime or as an ice-breaker game for a couple of minutes before a team building exercise.
